Payments are collected manually via UPI/PhonePe — customers scan the QR at checkout and click "I've Paid," which creates the order with Payment Status: Pending. Check your actual PhonePe/UPI account for the matching payment before marking an order's Payment Status as Paid in the Orders tab — nothing here verifies payment automatically.
